I'm Misty—the founder behind Grounded & Growing Co. and a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for helping women feel their best. For years, I welcomed women into my Main Street business, where beauty, style, and genuine connection became the heart of everything I did. Through every conversation, makeover, and milestone, I discovered that confidence is about so much more than clothing or cosmetics—it's about feeling seen, encouraged, and at home in who you are.

As life and business evolved, so did the dream.
